Chef Clayton Welder has been with Creative Cuisine for over 20 years. He finds passion in creating new and exciting dishes, keeping The Redwood Rooms menus fresh and always full of flavors!

Stopped in for dinner with friends and wow, we had an incredible experience. The food was incredible and the service was so friendly. We tried the chicken Milanese and the Malaysian chicken curry - both of which were phenomenal. The crème brûlée was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. The complimentary warm bread with house infused rosemary olive oil and freshly hand grated Parmesan was also top tier. Nikki was funny, friendly and very helpful! The live music complimented the atmosphere perfectly. 12/10 would go back.
We had the tandoori rolls, Thai fusion pizza, and the flank steak. They were all very good but the rolls and pizza were particularly unique. The live music was a great fit for the dark and moody spot. Great little date night for some local live music, great service, and a solid meal.
First time at Redwood Room. The ambience is wonderful and our server, Nikki, was amazing! She was friendly, engaging and funny. The food was also amazing. We had the Swedish meatballs and the shrimp risotto. The bread basket was also delicious as was the bruschetta. We would recommend this place and we will be coming back. Enjoy!
